50jl Terms & Conditions — Your Player Agreement

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

• "50jl" / "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 50jl.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account with 50jl and uses any of its services.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their 50jl wallet using an accepted payment method and not subject to any bonus wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback credits, or any other non-deposited funds credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the applicable promotion terms) before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, sports betting markets, payment services, support services, and other features offered by 50jl.
• "Applicable Law" refers to all relevant Philippine legislation, PAGCOR regulations, and any other applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 50jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by Philippine gambling regulations. Use of 50jl by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a 50jl employee, officer, director, or contractor.
• You have not previously been excluded from 50jl or any other 50jl-affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

50jl reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus balance pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 50jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. 50jl uses technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where multi-accounting is detected, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonus balances in all associated accounts will be forfeited, and real-money balances may be withheld pending a full investigation.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 50jl account. This includes your legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current and notifying 50jl of any changes via the support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 50jl login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 50jl will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawal requests submitted — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified 50jl of a suspected security breach immediately upon becoming aware of it.

50jl is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's licence, passport, PhilSys card, UMID, or SSS ID) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending document submission.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

50jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and USDT. Additional payment options may be available and are listed on the Deposits & Withdrawals page within your account. All accepted payment methods are subject to change at 50jl's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

All transactions on the 50jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment method involves currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction will apply. 50jl is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by your financial institution.

The minimum deposit amount on 50jl is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account at the time of request. 50jl may impose additional daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits based on account verification status and risk assessment.

Withdrawal requests submitted to GCash or PayMaya from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. 50jl reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if a review is required.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 50jl account are legally obtained, belong to you personally, and are not proceeds of any criminal or fraudulent activity. 50jl reserves the right to report any suspicious transaction activity to relevant Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by 50jl are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your 50jl account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement for 50jl welcome bonuses is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots generally contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.

Players may only participate in one bonus promotion at a time on 50jl. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without completing the terms of a prior active bonus is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of one or more bonus balances.

50jl takes bonus integrity seriously. Activities that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: wagering in patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, using prohibited game types to meet wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or any other method intended to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.

50jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited to a Player's account at the time of modification will be honoured subject to the original promotion terms at the point of crediting.

6. Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the 50jl platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which form part of this Agreement and take precedence over these general terms in the event of a conflict specific to that game. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game round, 50jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed during that round to Players' accounts. No liability is accepted for any losses or missed wins arising from technical malfunctions beyond this remedy.

All random number generator (RNG) systems used in 50jl's casino games are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Verified Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published in the game information panel within the 50jl platform.

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 50jl platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. 50jl will honour all confirmed wagers subject to these terms and applicable game rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 50jl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker or any other multi-player game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an unintended software behaviour are void and subject to clawback.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the 50jl platform.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to create or operate a 50jl account.
• Accessing 50jl from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without disclosure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 50jl staff members or other players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate transactions without prior agreement from 50jl.

8. Responsible Gaming

50jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, it has stopped being entertainment.

All 50jl Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up summaries showing net session results.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account from all gambling activity on the 50jl platform.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to your personal data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 50jl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

50jl shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 50jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

50jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond 50jl's reasonable control (including acts of God, internet service disruptions, or regulatory orders) may temporarily affect platform availability. 50jl shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of such interruptions.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 50jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the 50jl platform — including but not limited to the website design, source code, software, logos, trademarks, game content, graphics, text, and audiovisual elements — are owned by or licensed to 50jl. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property beyond the limited licence required to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any 50jl intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

12. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your 50jl account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to KYC verification having been completed and all wagering requirements on any active bonus having been met or the relevant bonus balance forfeited.

50jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if: you breach any provision of this Agreement; 50jl has reasonable grounds to believe your account has been involved in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; you have provided false registration information; or a regulatory or legal requirement obliges 50jl to do so.

Upon account closure, your licence to use the 50jl platform terminates immediately. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property provisions, and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue to apply.

13. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint relating to any aspect of the 50jl platform or these terms, we ask that you first contact the 50jl customer support team via live chat. Our team is available 24/7 and will endeavour to resolve your concern promptly, typically within 48 hours of receiving your complaint in writing.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the customer support level, you may request that it be escalated to the 50jl Compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and responded to within ten (10) business days.

All wager results and game outcomes determined by the 50jl platform are final. Claims relating to alleged errors in game results must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round concluding. 50jl will review the relevant log data and communicate its findings. The decision of 50jl's Compliance team on game-related disputes is final and binding.

14. Amendments to These Terms

50jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 50jl will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email, platform notification, or a notice published on the 50jl website. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page with the effective date indicated at the top.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
